Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.

No Call / No Show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

By booking, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding as this ensures fairness to both our clients and service providers.
